ITQ LATA performs design, implementation and enhancement in 7 different wireless technologies, including:

• Mobile Cellular and PCS Technologies
  
• Wireless LAN (WLAN) – 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g
  
• Point-to-point or point-to-multi-point Microwave – Basically, a proprietary short haul (up to 11 miles) architecture between two distinct points using transmitter receiver dish technology.
  
• Satellite Communications – Specialty two-way telecommunications medium utilized only for specific applications where very remote areas and mobile-mounted systems and devices need to communicate back to the central office, either low speed (14.4kbps) or Satellite Internet (up to 128kbps)
  
• Personal Area Network – (Bluetooth, Infrared and RFID); short range specialty application transmission medium development
  
• Narrowband RF – Semi-proprietary wireless technologies include Research in Motion (RIM) for low speed transmission and Ricochet for medium speed data transmission
  
• Fixed Wireless – Basically, a two-way paging/messaging system, utilizing either Worldcom, SkyTel or ARCH PageNet and used for simple alarming, telemetry and two-way messaging.
